RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

All custom orders, made-to-order, and sale items are non-refundable.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order,
contact us immediately at 1-514-963-2131 within three (3) days of receipt.

 

We will gladly accept returns for a store credit or exchange on all non-custom, made-to-order, or bespoke items that are in excellent condition within (30) days of your purchase with a receipt, in the amount listed on your receipt. All returns are  subject to a 35% restocking fee. Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging, otherwise returns / exchanges will not be accepted. Store credits and exchanges will be processed within (7) business days after receipt of undamaged goods, Lighting that has been installed, customized, or rewired is not eligible for return. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.  You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Refunds will issued in the form of the original purchase,  to the original account.

Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

 

All bespoke, made-to-order and custom items have a delay of (8-10) weeks upon placing the order. Items can be cancelled for a full refund within a period of (3) days proceeding the purchase. After the (3) day period, all bespoke, made-to-order and custom items are a final sale, there are NO exceptions. 

You will be notified of a pending delivery date period within (5-7) business days of placing the order.

In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will do everything we can to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.
