In stock decor items at our gallery ship within (10) business days. Lighting, furniture, rugs and large art ship directly from the manufacturer. Each item and manufacturers have specific shipping lead times. Once you place an order we'll contact you within (3) business days to give you an approximate lead time. Once your item is shipped you'll receive a tracking number where you'll be able to track the package and know its exact delivery date. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates. Most items on the store ship within (5) business days. 


All bespoke, made-to-order and custom items have a delay of minimum (6) weeks upon placing the order. 

You will be notified of a pending delivery date period within (5-7) business days of placing the order.

Items are shipped via Courier (Purolator, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post). Studio Nine furniture and select home are delivered via our partnered white glove service providers to ensure the best delivery possible. Furniture White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and the removal of all packaging materials and installation (if applicable). 

Clients are responsible for paying import, duties and brokerage fees.

Studio Nine does not ship outside of Canada at this time.
